California's Rugged Coast

California...There's nothing else quite like it.  Whether it be the microclimates, the landscape or everything in between.  There is just something instantly appealing about even the idea.

I've only gotten to explore it twice in my life, yet it holds a special place in my heart.  My wife and I "joke" about moving there one day.

I was recently able to go back to the Bay Area for a business trip for almost two weeks.  I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being there and the great people I was able to meet.  I only wish there had been more time to explore.

One of my favorite days there was one Sunday when my new co-worker (who has quickly become a wonderful friend) and I were able to drive from San Gregorio all the way to Carmel on the coast!  It was truly a site to behold.
